Farmville Rd Communications Tower
Waverly, Alabama
We prepared an Environmental Assessment as part of a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) application (FCC Form 620) for a new 499’ Radio tower. This included 15 separate tribal coordinations, a Phase I Cultural Resources Survey, Consultation with the Alabama Historical Commission (AHC), Migratory Bird Strike minimization measures, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Considerations.
ALDOT HSIP Borrow Pit
Anniston, Alabama
As part of a highway Safety Improvement Program Project we prepared the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Document to demonstrate compliance for a highway borrow pit project.

Auburn High School
Auburn, Alabama
During our initial coordination with USFWS, concerns were raised regarding an “endangered plant”, relict (trillium reliquum). Timing considerations had to be made because the plant is only visible and available for survey during a short period of time in the spring. Our staff was able to perform a detailed in field survey and document that the plant was not present on the project site and obtain USFWS concurrence that the project would have no impact on threatened or endangered species.
Hear From Our Clients
“Wildland Services played a critical part in bringing Two Rivers Lumber Company to the industrial park. They were able to attend meetings and answer environmental permitting questions that helped our site planners improve the layout, saving cost and more importantly time. Wildland later acquired the Corps of Engineers permit and handled the Construction Stormwater permitting and compliance on a site that was nearly 100 acres in size.”
